The company has a rapid growth strategy and intends to create a scalable organization with low overhead costs. To meet this goal, the company has engaged EAG Inc. to be the System Integrator and to manage / execute all implementation and data conversion activities. EAG will implement six new systems to handle Production, Land, Accounting, Electronic Invoice Receipt and Workflow, Document Management and Reporting.
The team kicked off the project in Q2, with an aggressive TSA timeline and staggered go live with Operations and Accounting/Land by Q3.
