1. How would you describe EAG?

EAG provides plenty of opportunity for growth and will introduce you to new applications and skill sets.

2. What has been one of your proudest moments working at EAG?

One of my proudest moments is getting certified as a M-Files Solution Engineer. I was encouraged by my supervisor to study and take the exam for it. After receiving it, I have been able to perform new tasks in M-Files and this has become one of my preferred applications to work with.

3. What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

You will do well in your role if you are resourceful, organized, and take initiative.

4. What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?

Randomly, I read that the unicorn is the national animal of Scotland.

5. What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

In my free time I love going out to eat and trying new restaurants. Right now, my favorite restaurant is Joey Uptown. I also read, typically romance novels or autobiographies, practice my mixology skills, and spend time with my family and my sweet dog, Evie.

6. Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I am a licensed Wedding Officiant.

7. How do you balance your career with other priorities?

I try to keep things balanced by setting categorized routines for myself. Categories can include my career, self-care, spirituality, family time, etc. This helps me to acknowledge and dedicate time to different areas of my life.

8. Who or what inspires you and why?

I am inspired to make my parents proud. I have seen them work hard throughout my life and make sacrifices for our family. I make sure to show them that their sacrifices will not go in vain.

9. What is your life motto or favorite quote?

I have two: “Where focus goes, energy flows” and “Nothing changes, if nothing changes.”

10. What’s your superpower?

I am not sure if this is considered a superpower, but I am good at party and event planning. I typically take on this role for my loved ones and I find my creativity blossoming the most in this area.
