I would describe EAG as a community moving at blazing speeds to achieve greater and greater feats.
My proudest moment has been taking on some of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) work after the IT teams merged earlier this year. I wasn’t entirely comfortable or familiar with IT, but it proved fruitful to learn about how to support clients in this fashion.
Never be afraid to say you’re unsure of how to perform a task. The team is more than happy to walk you through whatever needs to be done. We all love to help!
I’m in the process of building two PCs in my free time. I’ve done a bit of research and learned several new ways to assemble them. Additionally, I’ve discovered the latest models of several components that go into the assembly process.
In my free time, I like to play video games, workout, and hang out with my girlfriend/pets/friends. We’re typically home bodies but visiting anywhere that has a cooler climate is always nice.
I got my career in IT jumpstarted by a chance encounter while I was working at Academy Sports+Outdoors.
At the beginning of the week, I work out most things that need to be done vs things that I want to happen. That helps me keep my priorities in check and typically will free me up for fun in between them.
Anyone that I can see is doing the most with what they’ve got. I’ve always admired those that can take what they’ve been given and turn it into a positive.

My superpower within my job is my ability to work proficiently in O365 and Azure Management. Outside of that, I’d also say that I have the keen ability to never give up and always remain resilient in the face of adversity.
