A great group of people who support one another in order to provide our clients the best experience possible.
Knowing the hours and work me and my team put in create successful project outcomes makes me proud.
My advice for prospective candidates would be to come in ready to learn and collaborate. When I joined EAG, I not only received valuable tools to learn our internal procedures but also benefited greatly from the mentorship of my peers.
I learned the importance of peering beneath the surface of things, looking at what is underneath is key to fully understanding what is going on.
In my free time, I like to do home projects and go out on daytrips around Texas.
While I may not consider myself particularly surprising, I have a passion for cars that often catches people off guard. From admiring classic models to staying updated on the latest automotive technology.
Just have to chip away at the small stuff. Getting big projects around the house requires breaking them down into small tasks that can be completed either after work or during the weekend.
I find inspiration in continuous learning. The opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills motivates me every day.
My life motto is guided by Murphy’s law. Whatever can happen will happen, I take this into consideration when determining risks and consequences. While it often takes me down the rabbit hole of “what-ifs”, it also allows me to plan in case things go wrong.
I have a knack for problem-finding. Uncovering discrepancies and then troubleshooting issues, I thrive on the challenge of finding solutions and making things right.
