Meet EAG’s employee spotlight for the month, Christina Lemanski. Christina is a Production/Accounting Senior Consultant at EAG with 2+ years in the organization.
EAG is a fast-paced work environment where Type A personalities excel and the people are the company’s greatest assets.
One of my proudest moments working at EAG is learning a new functional area as an understudy on a project and getting pulled to another project, as I quickly became a SME – although it was a new topic for me, I still established a great client connection and gained their trust while tailoring the software setup to their needs for utmost client satisfaction.
The first step is to identify your strengths and then you can find your fit within the company from there… whether it be technical, functional, project management, IT, specific software apps, marketing, sales, etc.
Our country is more united than we were led to think it is.
When I am home in Fort Worth, I enjoy working out and my passion projects are volunteering for a few local cancer charities. When not in town, I like to visit St Martin in the Caribbean outside of the country and Hilton Head Island, SC when stateside.
I lived in Spain when I worked for Repsol.
I keep a calendar and checklist in my planner to stay organized.
My parents because they are both engineers like me and have always pushed me to be the best at everything I do and dream big with the mindset I have the ability to accomplish anything I set my mind to do. My parents both worked full time and supported me to do all the extracurricular activities while growing up when I know they sacrificed so much of their time and energy so I could do what I wanted to do. I was even blessed to be debt free coming out of college. I am so thankful for them and all the opportunities they have given me to live a successful and joyful life. I know everyone can think they have the best parents… but they really are the best parents!
Everything happens for a reason – you may not know why initially but it always reveals itself to you in due time just at the right moment.
Honesty – something that can be a weakness but I was taught and choose to see as a strength… love it or leave it… honesty is always the best policy!
