EAG is home to intellectually curious and innovative industry experts, passionate about helping clients achieve their goals in this dynamic and challenging industry.
I take pride in assisting clients propel their businesses forward through the use and interpretation of data. Utilizing data is a cornerstone of our approach, and it’s a source of deep pride for us. We understand that data is not just a collection of numbers and facts; it’s the key to making well-informed decisions and achieving exceptional results.
Prospective candidates should be prepared to work hard, take chances, and soak up as much of the vast industry experience as possible from others in the company.
Over the course of the last few weeks, I’ve learned just how much Houston takes pride in their Astros and vice versa. This season hasn’t been as smooth as others, but the team continues to fight on and be empowered by the city and its fans.
Fall is the best time of the year in Houston (in my opinion), the heat and humidity starts to die down, so I try to take advantage and spend as much time as possible outdoors – running, biking, or hitting the golf course. When I’m not doing that, I enjoy watching college football, rooting for the Miami Hurricanes football team.
Any time something breaks or needs to be fixed; I always try to handle it myself… I love a good DIY project!
I’m not always the best at balancing work with personal life, but it’s a very important aspect that I need to improve. EAG has recently rolled out compressed schedules which allows a greater work-life balance. I also try to set boundaries to prevent working on weekends and will sacrifice working long hours during the week when important deadlines need to be met.
My parents have always inspired me. They’ve instilled in me to be the best person you can be, help others in need, and make the most of this life.
As of recently, I’ve been particularly keen of the song “Tomorrow” by Joe Walsh – I’ve found it to be humorously true.
I’d have to say my superpower is DAX. Over the course of the last year, I’ve honed my superpower through refactoring our paginated reports to utilize DAX and pull data from our existing PBI data models.
