With a background in enterprise business development and go-to-market strategy, Jon works closely with executive leadership teams to understand operational priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, and support scalable growth initiatives. His experience spans complex, regulated environments, where he helps clients navigate change and achieve long-term objectives.
Before joining EAG, Jon held senior commercial roles across the energy and technology sectors, leading growth initiatives and developing high-value, executive-level relationships. He previously served as a Captain in the United States Army, where he developed a leadership style grounded in discipline, execution, and accountability.
