Elizabeth founded EAG in 2003 with a conviction that energy companies deserve service partners who combine deep industry knowledge with disciplined execution. What began as a consulting firm for oil and gas operators has grown into a full ecosystem of consulting, managed services, and AI-powered solutions — built over 23 years by delivering, getting rehired, and being asked to take on more.

Before EAG, Elizabeth built her foundation at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led software implementations and management consulting engagements for energy clients. She holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin and a BBA from Texas A&M University.

As CEO, Elizabeth sets the strategic direction and stays close to the work — holding the company to the same standard it was founded on: senior professionals who think like partners, own outcomes, and deliver more than expected.
