As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EAG Inc., Elizabeth is responsible not only for the company’s strategic leadership and vision, but also for providing guidance, direction and expertise to our clients and team members. She leads the company with the primary focus of assisting clients in achieving their strategic and operational goals on a day-to-day basis in addition to leading and executing their complex special projects. Elizabeth’s brings dedication and support to clients regardless of commodity prices and changing market forces.
Building client relationships is at the forefront of Elizabeth’s problem-solving methods, and she believes that by giving more than receiving, rapport and trust is built. Giving meaning to work is another one of her top priorities, not just for EAG, but for clients and others at large in the marketplace. Elizabeth cultivates an environment where people see the real, tangible impact of their contribution and dedication.
Prior to founding EAG, Elizabeth was a founding partner at McKinley Powell, LLC and a manager within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Management Consulting organization. Elizabeth began her consulting career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) specializing in SAP and Operational Accounting. Today, Elizabeth brings a breadth of industry, software, and business expertise to the EAG client base.
Elizabeth A. Gerbel founded EAG Inc. in 2003 with a vision to establish a unique consulting organization, one with deep industry knowledge that effectively partners with oil and gas clients to provide superior and cost-effective services. In 2017, Elizabeth extended the EAG brand by launching EAGInc., a full-services IT and back-office outsourcing firm. The combination of these two organizations has allowed EAG to introduce more organizations to EAG and generate greater value across the industry.
Elizabeth earned a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2001 specializing in entrepreneurship. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1994.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys trying out new restaurants with friends, tasting new wines, reading murder mysteries and traveling to beaches around the world.
