As the VP, Volumetric Accounting at EAG, Debbie focuses on successful efforts and has helped build the Production back-office outsourcing client base over 500% by listening to the clients desired path forward, identifying the pain points, and finding the best Production Accounting solution to fit their unique needs. She and her team have utilized Enertia Software, Excalibur, Greasebook, Prams, Prodview, P2, Quorum Software, SAP, Scout, Quorum TIPS, and more.

Prior to EAG, Debbie led Production Accounting teams at QEP Resources, Venoco Inc., Rancher Energy, Stone Energy and EXCO Resources.
Background
Debbie Gile is the VP, Volumetric Accounting for EAG’s Back-Office Outsourcing Business group and joined EAG in 2019.
Debbie has a deep understanding of Production Accounting and the role it serves in the integration of data to drive successful operations and accurate reporting. Her experience for On and Offshore/upstream and midstream includes small and large asset acquisitions and divestiture projects, ERP and Production software evaluations, selections, and implementations. Debbie has assembled an experienced, technically skilled Production Accounting team that drive value for EAG’s clients.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, and is a Certified Veterinary Technician.
What Do You Do In Your Free Time?
Debbie’s passion is animal rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming. She also enjoys the Colorado outdoors with her family and friends.
