As the VP, Consulting Services, Chris leads cross-functional teams through System Implementations, Integrations, and Data Conversion projects. His functional expertise includes Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Revenue Accounting, and Production Operations. In addition to leading major transformation initiatives, Chris also leads technical teams through script development and reporting requirements gathering, as well as being the liaison between vendors, IT Leadership teams, and C-Suite executives.
Prior to joining EAG, Chris worked for several large retail companies where he was responsible for managing teams that deployed new systems and applications. He also managed vendors, stakeholder communication, and led strategy for the organizations he was a part of. He was responsible for leading major IT transformation initiatives which led him to the role he has now at EAG.
Chris is the Vice President, Consulting Services at EAG Inc. and has been a part of EAG since 2014. Chris has led companies through mergers and acquisitions by implementing processes that mitigate risks, translating data from one system to another, and executing all organizational change efforts that impact every member of the organization. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Arizona State University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Denver.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, as well as watching baseball.
