Role At EAG

Amanda Thibodaux is the Vice President, Strategy & Operations at EAG. She focuses on driving client and employee satisfaction, and under her leadership, EAG team members have the tools and resources to provide quality deliverables to clients. Amanda’s expertise in getting stuff done (GSD) has been pivotal in orchestrating process enhancements that support EAG’s core objectives and commitment to operational excellence. Amanda is dedicated to creating a framework that empowers people and improves processes. 

Amanda has held roles in various teams at EAG including Consulting, PMO, BPO, and Corporate. Prior to joining EAG, Amanda spent 10 years in the automotive industry as an implementation consultant and project lead for the Reynolds and Reynolds Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Texas A&M University in College Station.
