Ahmed Taher serves as Executive Vice President of Business Outsourcing at EAG, where he leads a team of experienced energy professionals delivering outsourced accounting, land administration, production accounting, and staff augmentation services to the energy sector. Under his leadership, EAG helps oil and gas companies improve operational performance, increase scalability, strengthen controls, and reduce costs through a combination of industry expertise, process excellence, and technology-enabled solutions.

Throughout his career, Ahmed has led more than 70 client engagements involving business process outsourcing, system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, automation initiatives, operational assessments, and enterprise application optimization projects. His experience supporting exploration and production companies ranging from private startups to large public operators has helped organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.

Ahmed began his career in the energy industry within the Land Department at Apache Corporation before joining IFS Energy & Resources as a Land Systems Consultant, where he played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of a next-generation land management solution. Since joining EAG, he has held leadership positions across Consulting, Shared Services, Application Support, and Outsourcing, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the people, processes, and technologies that drive successful energy organizations.

A strong advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, Ahmed works closely with clients and industry partners to leverage automation, emerging technologies, and best practices that deliver measurable business results. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Houston with a minor in International Relations and maintains several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and ITIL 4.
