E.A.G. Business Holdings, Incorporated acquires Quorum Software’s Business Process Outsourcing arm as part of EAG’s multi-pronged growth strategy and mission of providing best-in-class services for increased client satisfaction.
Houston, Texas – May 2, 2022: E.A.G. Business Holdings, Incorporated (“EAG”), a privately held oil and gas consulting, IT, and back-office outsourcing firm, today announced the acquisition of Quorum Software’s (“Quorum”) Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) arm, based in College Station, TX. Quorum is a leading software provider with solutions designed to deliver optimal efficiency and maximize profits across the energy value chain. While EAG is software agnostic, the company cultivates close working relationships with key software providers to better meet client needs.
“The acquisition of Quorum’s BPO organization was a strategic decision for our company. By integrating Quorum’s Business Process Outsourcing team with our existing EAG team, EAG is well positioned to provide optionality and expanded services to our current and future clients.” said Elizabeth Gerbel, Founder and CEO of EAG.
Quorum’s BPO team is recognized for delivering both comprehensive working knowledge of industry best practices, and unsurpassed familiarity with Quorum software, and EAG is known for providing clients with highly qualified resources to solve the most complex tasks on their behalf. This combination deepens EAG’s talent, expands the service offering for clients, and positions EAG to steward oil and gas companies through their workforce and back-office challenges.
“The transaction with EAG to acquire our BPO services allows us to remain focused on our core competency of providing cloud-first software to energy companies to grow and scale their operations profitably,” said Cameron Hsu, Vice President Alliances at Quorum.
Lindsey Mersman, Chief Revenue Officer at EAG, said, “With the acquisition of Quorum’s BPO arm, EAG can offer new and existing clients with enhanced Quorum back-office, IT, and consulting expertise. This transaction will provide an extended range of services for EAG and Quorum customers by optimizing end user experiences and bringing value to their business across the functional and technical areas of accounting, land, production, and regulatory reporting.”
