1. How would you describe EAG?

EAG is made up of bright, innovative, and driven individuals who love to deliver best in class results for our clients.

2. What has been one of your proudest moments working at EAG?

It’s hard to choose just one! I think every go live I’ve had at EAG has been a proud moment for me. It’s rewarding to look back at the end of each engagement and realize how much our project team has accomplished and the value we have provided to our clients.

3. What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

Your experience is important but your willingness to learn is equally as important. Use your resources, be willing to step out of your comfort zone, and ask questions. One of my favorite things about EAG is how much they encourage you to take on new challenges while providing you with the tools you need to be successful.

4. What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?

I’ve finally learned how to make the perfect matcha latte! 😊

5. What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

In my free time I love to stay active, travel, spend time with my nephews, and try out the new restaurants around Houston. I feel incredibly lucky to live in a city with such an amazing food scene – if you ever need recommendations, I’m your girl.

6. Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I am a consultant at EAG by (week) day and a Pilates instructor by (weekend) day.

7. How do you balance your career with other priorities?

Prioritizing is key for me. Whether at work or in my personal life, prioritizing my to-do lists helps me stay focused on what’s most important whether that’s a deadline at work or time with loved ones. Sometimes it’s just learning to tune out the noise and focusing on what’s most pressing.

8. Who or what inspires you and why?

My parents inspire me the most. They have always instilled in me the value and gift of working hard, staying true to yourself, and respecting others.

9. What is your life motto or favorite quote?

“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity.”

10. What’s your superpower?

My willingness to learn and be comfortable with the uncomfortable is my superpower. When faced with a new challenge or subject that I’m not familiar with I remind myself that I may not know this yet but I’m willing to put myself out there and confident that I will figure it out.
